Rental of a quality hall (120m2) + adjoining 70m2 courtyard, in the 85 district, heated with large, very well-equipped kitchen (approx. 35m2), heating, sound system, video projector, screen, for 30 to 80 people. Available from mid-September to mid-June.

Room rental at Camping les Charmes apremont Vendée

For guests who live far away, you have the option of sleeping on site, subject to prior reservation and availability. Minimum 5 accommodations (except 30-person rates)

What’s more, you’ll appreciate the outdoor space at your disposal, with the bright porch adjoining the room, which can be used for aperitifs or outdoor games, while still being sheltered.

For the room, our rates include :
– minimum 2-day room rental (1 day possible from Monday to Friday-excluding public holidays).
– floor cleaning. All you have to do is empty your belongings and garbage (selective sorting on site), and sweep the room. We’ll take care of the rest!

Firstly, the room includes, at no extra charge: 1 sound system, 1 video projector with screen, 1 camera, 3 light sets including 1 laser, sufficient tables and chairs.

• Heated indoor swimming pool (for overnight guests). It is open, in principle, from May 1st to October 1st (longer if weather conditions are favourable).
  
• 1 covered pergola (70m2) adjoining the hall and enclosed by translucent tarpaulins, opposite the children’s play area and next to the swimming pool. This pergola is ideal for aperitifs, but also for breakfast in the sun on Sunday mornings.
  But it also lets you prepare your aperitif tables the night before, without worrying about the weather the next day.

However, you can’t bring your own sound system (one is provided). Just bring your computer with a Play List. What’s more, there’s no time limit if the Bass and music are turned down to an acceptable level.

Accommodation is available all year round (except January and February), and includes chalets, heated and insulated mobile homes for over 70 people (see accommodation rates), including a mobile home adapted for 4 to 6 people.
You can also rent a tent or camper van from May to mid-September.
