Is it possible to rent by the month at your Campsite?
Yes, it is possible to rent by the month with us. Between September and April, we offer you the opportunity to rent one of our tourist accommodations for a longer stay. We also offer a special package for business customers. (Mid week = 4 nights from Monday to Friday). We also have a dedicated area for mobile professionals, open all year round.

Why take out cancellation insurance?
The cancellation insurance we offer (optional) is ideal for booking your vacation with complete peace of mind, even several months in advance. It allows you to be reimbursed for your stay if you are unable to come to the Campsite or to complete your stay. Here are just a few examples of situations in which you could benefit:
Illness of a close relative or yourself
You find or lose your job
Loss of a close relative
Burglary, destruction or damage to your home or offices
Car accident or breakdown
But also, Illness due to Covid19
What time can we arrive? What time should we leave on the day of departure?
In July and August, we welcome you from 5 pm. Accommodation must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed with management).
Out of season, please contact us for arrival times. Accommodation must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Please let us know if you are arriving late. Please contact us if you require a more suitable time.
Can we arrive on the day of our choice?
It all depends on the season.
Outside July and August, you can choose your day of arrival, subject to availability.
From the second week of July to the end of August, arrivals are on Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday, depending on the accommodation booked, for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Is my cat or dog allowed in the mobile homes or chalets?
Category 3 dogs, tattooed or chipped and vaccinated, are welcome in our Comfort and Eco chalets and mobile homes. They must be kept on a leash throughout your stay. Only one dog per accommodation is allowed.
Cats as well as 1ʳᵉ and 2ᵉ category dogs are prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to leave your pet alone on the pitch (risk of running away or barking) or inside the accommodation (risk of damage)..
The Mobile home has not been left clean enough, or there has been damage.
If the mobile home is not returned clean or damaged, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the deposit.
In the event of major damage, the deposit will not cover all the costs, so you’ll need to call on your civil liability insurance. So it’s important to check before your stay that your insurance includes coverage for “resort” damage.
I would like to take the cleaning service at the end of my stay… ?
If you choose the “end-of-stay cleaning package” option, you can request this up to 3 days before your departure from the Campsite, subject to availability. Please note that dishes and cupboards must be clean on departure, and Sanitary facilities must be left in a “correct” state. It is also necessary to separate your garbage and remove your household waste.
Bare pitch rental
I’d like to come for a few days in August. Can I book for less than a week?
Yes, you can book a bare pitch for a stay of less than a week. We advise you to contact us directly for specific availability and information on any special conditions.
What time can we arrive?
Pitches are available from 1 pm. You can arrive any day of the week.
What time do we have to leave on the day of departure?
On the day of your departure, you must vacate the pitch by 12 noon at the latest.
Can I park more than one vehicle in my space?
Yes, you can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, depending on the season, at an additional cost (see options).
Lodging or pitch
Is it possible to arrive after reception has closed?
Yes, it’s possible. Out of season, we are not always present at reception. Just let us know so that we can show you the pitch you need, and we’ll see you later in the day, or the next day.
In the event of force majeure, a cell phone number will be available on site.
I won’t arrive until the next day / I’ll leave the day before…
No deductions will be made in such cases. On the other hand, it is preferable to inform us of a late arrival so as not to worry us unnecessarily. In the event of early departure, please let us know the time of your departure so that we can organize the inventory of your accommodation.
Can I drive in and out of the Campsite as I please?
Our gate is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. in July and August, for everyone’s peace and quiet. No vehicular traffic is allowed at night. In the event of force majeure, we will open the gate for you (the emergency number is posted at the Campsite entrance). There are 2 parking lots at the Campsite entrance, and you can of course walk in through the small gate.
When is the deposit due?
On arrival. For a total of 260 € including 60 € for cleaning.
The deposit can be paid by cheque or credit card. It will be returned to you, after the departure inventory, less, if necessary, the cost of any damaged or missing equipment, or end-of-stay cleaning if the accommodation is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
I have a preference for a location, but I’m not sure of my vacation dates :
If you’re looking for a particular pitch, the earlier you book, the better we can guarantee availability. We take bookings as early as November. If there is a change of dates later, we will do our best to accommodate you as much as possible.
Can I use a charcoal barbecue?
For safety reasons, charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the pitches. You can use your own electric or gas barbecue, as well as a plancha, without any problem. Be careful with the power of your appliance and the length of the cable used to avoid any risk of fire.
There’s a convivial area with picnic tables and barbecues near the entrance to the Campsite, and another opposite the laundry. These areas are much appreciated.
Can I add a Tent or anything else to my pitch or next to my accommodation?
Yes, with supplement and management approval, up to 6/8/10 people in total on the pitch. Please let us know before your arrival.
Is it possible to receive family or friends?
Yes, but for security reasons, it is imperative that all visitors make themselves known at reception or at the bar on arrival. In the event of police checks or certain events, we must be able to give the names of those present on the Campsite.
There is also a supplement for people staying between 2 and 4 hours. After 4 hours, they are considered to be campers and will have to pay the additional person fee on the day.
Visitors must also leave their vehicles outside the Campsite in the designated parking area, at no extra charge. They may drop off disabled persons or heavy objects on your pitch, with the agreement of the management, but must remove their vehicle immediately.
Can we add another person to our stay?
As long as the capacity of the accommodation allows it, and after notifying us and paying any supplement, it is possible to add a person to all or part of your stay.
I’m a minor, can I stay at your Campsite?
Minors may only stay at the Campsite if accompanied by an adult. If this is not the parent or guardian, a letter of agreement from the parents is required, together with their identity papers.
What happens when we leave? Inventory of fixtures, security deposit…
Ideally, you should let us know the day before your approximate departure time. We don’t take appointments, as we prefer to give you time to finish your preparations without rushing. It’s up to you to let us know that you’re ready when the time comes, and we’ll come and see you in the order you request. We usually have less than 15 departures on the same day, so it’s manageable.
I have to leave outside reception opening hours:
In case you shouldhave to leave outside reception opening hours, we will tear up your deposit cheque or cancel your deposit by credit card after notifying you.
Services
I’m coming outside July and August. Is the snack bar open?
The snack bar is open only in July and August and if possible upon reservation. Possibly, during certain school vacations, we can offer you some dishes on request. Please ask beforehand if this is a criterion for your stay. We can also deliver bread to order.
I need a vacuum cleaner to clean my car and vacuum my luggage. Can I borrow one?
Yes, you can borrow a vacuum cleaner at the Campsite! It’s available at reception, on request. Don’t hesitate to ask for one during your stay.
What does the price of your stay include?
Our prices are inclusive of VAT and include :
– parking for 1 vehicle on the pitch (except out of season, depending on weather and ground conditions)
– use of the accommodation and its facilities, including water and electricity (except for bike touring pitches)
– access to shared sanitary facilities and infrastructure
– access to heated indoor swimming pool
– access to most children’s activities
– loan of iron and ironing board.
Are there any off-season events?
We only offer events in July and August when there are enough people to take part.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax in Apremont is €0.53 per night and per person over 18. This tax is paid to the Communauté de Communes Vie et Boulogne, of which we are a member.
Why do I need to pay a deposit and when?
A Booking becomes firm and definitive on receipt of your deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay + booking fees depending on the period and length of your stay.
You can pay the deposit by bank transfer, cheque or credit card, as well as vacation vouchers.
The balance of your stay must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the start of your stay. If no payment is received, your Booking may be cancelled.
The balance can be paid by credit card, cheque or ANCV vacation vouchers. If you make your booking less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount due must be paid. When booking online, the tourist tax is not included in the price. always included in the balance. You may have to pay it on arrival at the Campsite.
Swimming pool
Is the Swimming pool open to our guests?
The swimming pool is reserved for Campsite residents between July and August, and is not accessible to your guests.
My son only wears swimming shorts. Can he swim in the Campsite swimming pool?
When swimming in the pool, your son will have to wear swimming trunks, as in the vast majority of public pools. This is for reasons of hygiene. We also strongly recommend that you take a proper shower and put your feet through the foot bath to remove as much perspiration and dirt as possible. For your own well-being and that of others.
Cancellation insurance
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
When you make your Booking, you can opt for the cancellation insurance we offer with “CAMPEZ COUVERT”. You’ll find the terms and conditions in the downloadable “Cancellation Insurance” document on this website.
Once the Booking has been confirmed with payment of the deposit, it will no longer be possible to add to it.
I have to cancel my stay. What should I do?
Cancellations must always be made in writing, although it is preferable to contact us by telephone as soon as possible.
The payment of a deposit implies a firm and definitive commitment to rent, if the cancellation takes place :
a) More than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained,
b) Between 30 days and the date of arrival, the full rental price is due,
In all cases, the application fee will not be refunded.
If you have taken out this insurance, we can tell you how to report your claim to CAMPEZ COUVERT. You can do this directly on their website.
You must contact them to declare the cancellation or interruption of your stay. You will be reimbursed 72 hours after receipt of your file.
Please note that not all causes for cancellation will be taken into account, so it’s up to you to read the conditions of this cancellation insurance.
