Our Campsite in the Vendée offers you two spaces to rent for your family or business events:
- The entertainment room, ideal for groups of 80 to 100 people maximum, is spacious and modular. It can accommodate a wide range of family, association and business events.
- The enclosed, more intimate courtyard is perfect for groups of 30 to 35 people.
Both spaces are available all year round, with the exception of July and August. Whether you’re planning a company seminar, an association weekend, a wedding, a birthday, or any other celebration or meeting, we have the right space for you at our group Campsite near Challans.
The entertainment room offers the space you need to welcome your guests in a pleasant and comfortable setting, while the enclosed courtyard lets you enjoy a more intimate and warm environment, while benefiting from the tranquility of our Campsite. Each space is designed to create unforgettable, personalized moments in a peaceful, natural setting.
A flexible solution for your meals
If you prefer not to cook for yourself, we can take care of this for you and prepare meals tailored to your needs. You also have the option of using an outside caterer, according to your preferences, to complete your event with a tailor-made meal.

Rent a fully equipped hall for your event in Vendée
The spacious, modular function room can accommodate between 80 and 100 people, and includes everything you need to make your event a success:
- Sound system adapted to your needs
- Video projector with screen for your presentations or projections
- Lighting effects, including 1 laser, to create a dynamic, festive atmosphere
- Enough tables and chairs for all your guests
- Access to the fully equipped kitchen, including :
- 3 refrigerators (including 2 behind the bar)
- 1 percolator
- 1 3-burner gas piano
- 1 professional dishwasher
Outdoor space and conviviality
To complete your experience, we offer a 70 m² covered pergola, adjacent to the hall and enclosed by translucent tarpaulins. This space is ideal for aperitifs, but also for an outdoor breakfast on Sunday mornings. You can enjoy the view of the children’s playground and the proximity of the Swimming pool, all from a sheltered spot. It also allows you to prepare your aperitifs the day before, without worrying about the weather.
Heated swimming pool for your guests
If you have guests staying overnight at the Campsite, they can enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool (open from May 1ᵉʳ to October 1ᵉʳ, or longer depending on weather conditions). This will add a moment of relaxation and conviviality for all participants in your event.
Additional catering services
Access to the kitchen is included in the room rental at no extra charge. However, if you need crockery for the weekend, this is available for €1 per person.
Terms and conditions of use
Our rates include room hire for a minimum of 2 days, or 1 day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Practical information:
- Music should be turned down slightly from 1 a.m. and turned off at 3 a. m.
- You don’t need to bring your own sound system, as we can provide you with a complete system. All you need is a computer with your playlist to liven up your event.
- To rent our hall, a deposit of €600 is required on delivery of the keys, including €300 for noise pollution and €300 for any damage.

Equipped, detached covered playground for hire near Challans
Our fully-equipped, self-contained préau is the ideal place to host more intimate events, such as a small cousinade, a weekend with family or friends. With a maximum capacity of 35 people, it offers you all the comfort you need to spend a pleasant moment in a natural, friendly setting.
The courtyard is equipped with :
- Kitchenette with hot water
- 2 refrigerators to store your food and drinks
- Crockery to prepare your meals
- A 2-burner gas cooker
- A microwave for reheating your dishes
- WC for greater convenience
- a TV
- Located next to our barbecues, it allows you to enjoy a delicious meal in the open air.
This préau is available to rent from May 1ᵉʳ to June 30 and from September 5 to October 18, at a weekend rate of €255 (Saturday and Sunday). It’s a perfect solution for those looking for a tranquil setting, yet close to nature.

Our Campsite in the Vendée offers simple, tasty meal options for groups, ideal for your family, association or business events. Whether you’re planning a cousinade, a family weekend, a birthday or any other special event, we have options to suit your needs and budget.
1. Convenient, user-friendly meal options
We offer a range of meal options for groups, with no fuss and maximum conviviality:
- Single course (paëlla, picatta romana, rougail saucisse…)
- Main course, cheese, dessert, coffee
- Brunch or group breakfast
- Pizza party
These formulas are perfect for simple, quick and convivial meals, allowing your guests to enjoy their meal without the hassle.
2. Barbecues and outdoor meals
For those who prefer to organize their meals outdoors, barbecues are available on site. You can prepare your grilled food in a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the courtyard or the activity room.
3. Delivery of local bread and pastries
We’ve also thought of the convenience of your meals: you can have fresh bread delivered directly to the Campsite thanks to our partner, the bakery “La Mie des Saveurs ” in Apremont. And for a little sweetness, we suggest the pastries of “Les Douceurs du Lac” in Maché, for gourmet moments during your event.
4. Quotes and bookings
We tailor our formulas to your needs and will provide you with a personalized quote based on the number of people and options chosen. Group meals are available all year round, except in July and August.
Welcome your guests to our group accommodations
Our Campsite in the Vendée offers the possibility of sleeping on site for your guests, especially those coming from afar. Upon booking and subject to availability, we offer a wide range of accommodations to make your event even more pleasant and practical.
We offer heated, insulated chalets and mobile homes in the Vendée, ideal for over 70 people (see accommodation rates). We also have two mobile homes adapted for PRMs, accommodating 4 to 6 people, ideally designed for people with reduced mobility.
For those who prefer an open-air experience, you can also camp on a rental pitch near Challans for your tent or camper van, or rent a converted tent from May to mid-September.
