In Saint Julien des Landes, about 15 minutes from the campsite, is located “Le Grand Défi”. Children and adults can do several activities like treetop adventure with different degree of difficulty . Le Grand défi had the biggest paintball of Vendée appropriate for all the age from 6 years old. You can olso do galactic laser, quick jump, discgolf and pony ride.

Similar to the first park, in Moutier les Maufaits, you will find “Indian Forest park” and “O’gliss park“. Indian Forest park is a treetop adventure park and O’gliss park is an aquatic park with toboggan, perfect for family time and take it easy.

You have the possibility to book your ticket at the campsite.

Sensations activities

On the side sensation activities many choice are offers to you. For the speed lovers the karting circuit “Mecamax” will gave you the opportunity to drive a kart and have fun with your friends or your family. If you want to combine water and speed you should try jet ski at scoot-wave in Les Sables d’Olonne

Height lover, will have the opportunity to do parachute in Les Sables d’Olonne with Vendée Evasion to have a great view of the beach and the coast. If your are more interested in innovation, what’s better than Paramoteur located in L’aiguillon Sur Vie, only 20 mintues from the campsite.

In case of interruption

In case of interruption of your stay, you have to pay the whole stay at the campsite and inform the camsite your early departure Then You have to declare the sinister in the 5 five working days and you must follow the same instructions as for the cancellation.

You will be refunded in the 48 hours.

A few steps from the campsite, you can visit “Les vergers d’Apremont” and participate to the picking wich starts in October and finishes in September. You can olso taste and enjoy the different fruits harvested. Also in Apremont, you can go to “La Plume des Ouches” to buy poultry such as capon, chicken and guinea fowl. Not far from “La Plume des ouches”, “L’hirondelle des rosiers”  offers you the opportunity to buy beef. The delicatessen “PetitGas” offers you the possibility to taste and buy her ham.

Around Apremont 

first of all, getting closer to the coast, in Brétignolles Sur Mer, you will find “Le vivier de la corniche”. In this fishpond, you can buy seafood and shellfish like clams, norway lobster , lobsters …  Regarding vegetables, “Aux plaisirs d’antan” in Aizenay, there is a direct sale of fruits and vegetables. In the same city, you can also go to a cheese factory. But also to visit “Les fournées de la vie” and then buy their products. 

Let’s go back to the sea and see what the town of Brem Sur Mer can offer us. You will be able to taste many wines, thanks to the Cave Pajot and Cave trousminette. You can also buy many local products by going to ” La maison du terroir”, regional products store.

Camping les charmes is in the countryside, because it is located 3 km from the town of Apremont.

The camping pitches are well shaded to feel close to nature.

Markets

During your stay at the campsite “Les Charmes” you will have the opportunity to discover many places, activities and our lovely markets.

Located 20 minutes from the campsite, Challans’ market is one of the largest in the region. Each Tuesday, Friday and Saturday morning, food exhibitors set up under the halls.

And each Tuesday morning, 200 exhibitors decorate a large open-air market that stretches from “la rue Gobin” to “la place du champs de foire”. You will find everything you need: food, flowers, clothing and accessories…

Then, the market in Brétignolles-sur-mer is also popular.

It is ideally located in the heart of town. A pleasant market where you will find local products (seafood, fish, vegetables, fruits …) and lots of accessories and souvenirs. Brétignolles’s market, is open all year, Thursday and Sunday for the outdoor market. And from Monday to Saturday for the covered market under the halls.

Finally, the city of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie also offers 5 weekly markets. Wednesdays and Saturdays morning place Guy Kergoustin.

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sunday mornings instead of the old port. You can enjoy this place to go for a walk on the harbor. And discover at the same time the beautiful beaches of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.

Vous pourrez en profiter pour visiter Apremont petite Cité de caractère, son château, sa plage aménagée avec baignade surveillée, diverses activités nautiques y sont possible :

bateau électrique, pédalo, barque, téléski nautique, des structures gonflables pour le plaisir de tous.

Cet été, durant votre séjour, vous pourrez aussi vous rendre à Challans pour Autrefois La Foire le jeudi. Une fois en juillet et une fois en août pour les adeptes des vides greniers, c’est “Les Puces Ligneronnaises” qui seront accessibles à moins de 10 km du camping.
