Fishing near the campsite

Near the campsite, there are multiple places for people wishing to fish.

The river “la Vie”, located 4kms from the campsite is the largest basin of Vendée, it extends over more than 160 hectares. The main asset is the diversity of fish, you find white fish (roach, bleak …), but also carnivorous (black bass, pikeperch …). Courses are also organized for carp fishing at night (the longest in the Vendée) or a “graciation” (no kill) of the black bass. Several access points by boat are available.

The pond “Martin Pêcheur” is located in Aizenay, 14 kilometers from the campsite. The basin is mainly composed of roach, perch and tench. For lovers of fishing lures, you will have the opportunity to fish the Black Bass.

To access these fishing sites, you must have a card allowing you fish. If this is not the case, we will help you in the steps to make to get one.
