FAQ

You regularly ask ourselves certain questions which are listed below with the answers. If you do not find the information that interests you, please contact us by email or opening hours of the reception (Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 14h to 18h30) by phone.

Do we have the possibility to rent by a month at your campsite?
No, it is not possible to rent the month in our campsite.

For accommodation (mobile home, chalet, tent)

At what time can we arrive? What time can we go out the day of departure?
In July and August, we welcome you from 16h. The accommodation must be vacated on the day of your departure no later than 10am. Thank you to inform us in case of late arrival.
Off season, you have the option of arrival to the time of your choice, subject to availability of accommodation. do not hesitate to contact us

Can we arrive the day of our choice?
It all depends on the season. Except July and August, depending on our availability, you can choose your day of arrival
From the 2nd week July to the last of August arrivals are Saturday or Sunday for a minimum stay of 7 nights duration.

For a pitch :

will wish come only a few days of August. Can I book less than a week?
We do not take reservations for less than 1 week between July 14 and August 17. You can call us the day of your stay, and if something is available at that time, we will keep it.

At what time can we arrive?
Pitches are available from 13 pm You can arrive any day of the week.

What time do we leave the pitch?
You must release no later than 12am on day of departure.

Is it possible to arrive after the closing of the reception?
Yes it’s possible. Out of season, we are not always present at the reception. Just let us know so we give you the pitch you need to take, and we can see together later.
In case of force majeure, a mobile phone number will be available on place.
I’ll come the day after/ I will leave the day before …
No deduction will be made in these cases. By cons, it is best to report a late arrival in in order not to worry us unnecessarily. In the case of an early departure, thank you to tell us the time of your departure so that we can organize ourselves for the inventory of your accommodation.

Does my cat, my dog is allowed in mobile homes or cabins?
The tattooed or with microchipped dogs vaccinated less than 10 kg are accepted in some mobile home or chalets, but not all. They must be leashed during the stay. No more than 2 per location.
Cats and dogs 1st and 2nd category are prohibited .
It is forbidden to leave your pet alone on the site (risk of escape or barking) or in accommodation (too much damage)

Can I drive my car in the camping when I want?
Our gate is open from 8 am to 23h in the evening in July and August for the quietness of all. At night no vehicle traffic is allowed. In case of force majeure, we will open (the emergency number is displayed at the entrance of the campsite). You have 2 parking at the campsite entrance to park your vehicle, and you can of course move on foot by entering through the small gate.

When to give the deposit money?
Upon arrival. For a total amount of 260 € (60€ for housekeeping)
The deposit can be paid by credit card imprint. It will be returned after the condition of places of departure, less, if necessary, the cost of equipment damaged or missing, or for final cleaning if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory condition clean.


I have a preference for a pitch, but I’m not sure of my vacation dates :
If you want a particular pitch, the earlier you book, the more we can guarantee the availability of it. We take reservations as early as December. If there is a change of dates later, we will do so best to satisfy you as much as possible.

Can we use barbecue charcoal?
The charcoal grills are not allowed on the pitches for security reasons. You can use your electric barbecue or gas, and a plancha (for hire at the office). Beware the power of your device and the cable length used to avoid fire risk.
You have at your disposal a friendly space with picnic tables and barbecue, near the entrance of the campsite. This space is much appreciated.

Can I add a tent or other on my pitch or next to my rental?
Yes no extra charge, within the limit of 6/8/10 people in total on the pitch. It is better still let us know before your arrival.

Can I park several vehicles on my site?
Yes, you can have a maximum of 2 vehicles according to the season, with a supplement (see options)

Is it possible to receive family or friends?
Yes, but for security reasons, it is imperative that every visitor is made known at the reception or in the bar upon arrival. In case of police control or for certain events, we must be ability to give the names of those present at the campsite.
Similarly, there is a supplement for those who stay between 2 and 4 o’clock hour. Beyond 4h, they are considered campers and will have to pay the additional people package the day same.
Visitors will also necessarily leave their vehicles outside the camp in the parking lot provided for this purpose, free of charge. They will possibly drive, after agreement of management, disable person or heavy objects, but they will immediately outside park the vehicle.

Our friends can go on swimming pool?
Subject to compliance with the same rules as campers and after request at the reception or bar (registration) your guests can use the pool. They will pay the extra person fee or depending on the time spent on the site.

Can another person will add to our stay?
From the moment the capacity of the accommodation allows, after we have reported and pay the fees may apply, it is possible to add a person to all or part of your stay.

I am minors, can I stay at your campsite
Minors can stay at the campsite only if accompanied by an adult and if it is the parent or tutor, with agreement of its mail parents.

How is our departure? Inventory, deposit …
The ideal is to warn us the day before the estimated time of departure. We do not take appointments, as we prefer to give you time to finish your preparations without being rushed. It is yours to tell us that you are ready when the time comes, and we’ll see you in order of request. In general, we have less than 15 departures on the same day, so it’s manageable.

I have to leave outside the schedules of opening hours of the reception:
If you should leave outside the opening hours of the reception, after inspection, we’ll destroy the deposit by credit card after warned you.

The mobile home was not returned clean enough, or there has been degradation:
In the case where housing would not clean or in poor condition, we will keep all or part of deposit.
In case of deterioration, the deposit is not a limit of liability, if the damage is too great, it will run your liability insurance. Check before your stay you are covered by your insurance for “vacationing”

I wish to take the cleaning service at end of stay …?
If you opt for the “end cleaning,” you can ask us at the latest 3 days before your departure from the campsite, subject to availability. Warning: dishes and cupboards must be clean on departure. shower room an WC must be “ok”. you also remove your garbage and selective sorting.

My son wears only long shorts bath. Can he swim in the pool at the campsite?
To swim in the pool, your son must wear a bathing Shorty, as in the vast majority of public swimming pools. This for reasons of hygiene. It is also highly advisable to take a real shower and correctly pass your feet in the foot bath to remove a maximum of sweat and dirt underfoot. This for your well being and that of others.

Services :

I want to come in the campsite on April there is the snack bar open?
The snack bar is open only in July and August. Possibly, during certain school holidays, we can offer a few dishes on request. It is best to check before, if it is a criterion of choice for your stay. Similarly for delivery of bread.

I need a vacuum to clean my car. Can I borrow one?
We can lend a vacuum cleaner only for cleaning the accommodation you have rented. For any other use, we can rent it.

What does include the price of our stay?
Our prices include VAT and include:

  • parking for 1 vehicle on site (except off season according to weather conditions and ground conditions)
  • the enjoyment of the accommodation and its equipment with water and electricity (except bicycle riding and walkers forfait)
  • access to shared facilities and infrastructure
  • access to the heated indoor pool April to September
  • access to most children’s activities
  • the loan iron from iron to ironing board
  • the loan of a vacuum cleaner only for household accommodation.

Are there any entertainment out of season?
We do entertainment only in July and August when there are enough people to participate

The stay tax in Apremont is 0.50 € per night per person over 18 years from May 1 to September 30 (data end 2018). This tax is decided by and donated to the town of Boulogne and community life which we belong.

Why do I pay a deposit and when?
A reservation becomes firm and final on receipt of your deposit of 30% of the amount + the booking fee depending on the time and duration of your stay.
You can pay the deposit by bank transfer, check or credit card.
The balance of your stay will be payable 30 days before the start of your stay. Otherwise, without news from you, your booking may be canceled.
The balance may be paid by credit card, bank transfert. If you book less than 30 days prior to arrival, all of the amount due mustbe paid.

Do you offer cancellation insurance ?
At the time of your reservation, you can choose the insurance that we offer with “CAMPEZ COUVERT”. You will find their conditions in the downloadable document “Cancellation Insurance” on this website.
When the reservation is made, it will not be possible to add it.

I am forced to cancel my stay, what should I do?
Cancellation must always be a written message, even if it is best to contact us as soon as possible by phone.

The payment of a deposit involving a firm and final commitment of rent if the cancellation occurs :
a) More than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained,
b) Between 30 days and the date arrival, the full rental price is due,
in all cases, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

If you have contracted this insurance, we will show you how to make your claim with CAMPEZ COUVERT. This can be done directly through their website easily.

You must contact them to declare the cancellation or interruption of your stay. You will be reimbursed 72 hours after receipt of your application.

Please note , all cancellation causes not necessarily be taken into account, so it’s up to you to read the terms of this insurance.
