FAQ

You regularly ask us certain questions, and here is a list with the answers. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail or by telephone during reception opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6:30pm).

No, it’s not possible to rent by the month with us.

For accommodation (mobile home, chalet, tent).

In July and August, we welcome you from 5pm. Accommodation must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Please let us know in case of late arrival.
Out of season, you can arrive at the time of your choice, subject to availability. Don’t hesitate to contact us

It all depends on the season.
Outside July and August, depending on availability, you can choose your day of arrival
From the 2nd week of July to the end of August, arrivals are on Saturdays and Wednesdays, for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

For a bare pitch :

We do not take bookings for less than 1 week between July 29th and August 18th. You can call us the day before your stay, and if something is free at that time, we’ll hold it for you.

Pitches are available from 1 p.m. You can arrive any day of the week.

It must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Lodging or Pitch

Yes, it’s possible. Out of season, we are not always present at reception. Just let us know where you’d like to pick up, and we’ll see you later in the day, or the next day.
In the event of force majeure, a cell phone number will be available on site.

No deductions will be made in these cases. However, it is preferable to inform us of a late arrival so that we don’t worry unnecessarily. In the event of an early departure, please let us know the time of your departure so that we can organize the inventory of fixtures of your accommodation.

Tattooed or chipped, vaccinated dogs weighing less than 10 kg are accepted. They must be kept on a leash during the stay. No more than 2 per pitch or accommodation
Cats are prohibited, as are 1st and 2nd category dogs.
It is strictly forbidden to leave your pet alone on the pitch (risk of it escaping or barking) or in the accommodation (too much damage).

Our gate is open from 8 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. in July and August for everyone’s peace and quiet. No vehicular traffic is allowed at night. In case of force majeure, we’ll open the gate for you (the emergency number is posted at the campsite entrance). There are 2 parking lots at the entrance to the campsite, and you can of course walk in through the small gate.

On arrival. For a total of 260€ including 60€ for cleaning.
The deposit can be paid by cheque or credit card imprint. It will be returned to you after the departure inventory of fixtures, minus, if necessary, the cost of any damaged or missing equipment, or end-of-stay cleaning if the accommodation is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

If you’re looking for a particular pitch, the earlier you book, the better we can guarantee availability. We take bookings as early as December. If there is a change of dates, we will do our best to accommodate you as much as possible.

For safety reasons, charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the pitches. You can use your electric or gas barbecue, as well as a plancha, without any problem. Pay attention to the power rating of your device and the length of the cable used, to avoid any risk of fire.
You’ll find a convivial area with picnic tables and barbecues close to a covered area at the entrance to the campsite. This space is much appreciated.

Yes at no extra charge, up to a maximum of 6/8/10 people per pitch. Please let us know before you arrive.

Yes, you can have a maximum of 2 vehicles depending on the season, at an additional cost (see options).

Yes, but for security reasons, it’s imperative that all visitors make themselves known at reception or at the bar on arrival. In the event of police checks or certain events, we must be able to give the names of people present on the campsite.
There is also a supplement for people staying between 2 and 4 hours. After 4 hours, they are considered to be campers and will have to pay the additional person fee on the day.
Visitors must also leave their vehicles outside the campsite in the parking lot provided, at no extra charge. They may, with the agreement of management, drop off people with walking difficulties or heavy objects, but must leave their vehicles immediately.

The swimming pool is reserved for campsite residents between July and August, and is not accessible to your guests.

As long as the capacity of the accommodation allows it, and after notifying us and paying any supplement, it is possible to add a person to all or part of your stay.

Minors may stay at the campsite only if accompanied by an adult, and if not the parent or guardian, with a letter of consent from the parents.

Ideally, you should let us know the day before your approximate departure time. We don’t take appointments, as we prefer to give you time to finish your preparations without rushing. It’s up to you to let us know when you’re ready, and we’ll come to you in the order of your requests. We usually have less than 15 departures on the same day, so it’s manageable.

If you have to leave outside reception opening hours, we will return your deposit cheque or destroy the deposit by credit card after notifying you.

If the accommodation is not returned clean or in poor condition, we will retain all or part of the deposit.
In the event of damage, the deposit is not a limit of liability. If the damage is too extensive, you’ll need to take out third-party insurance. Make sure before your stay that you are covered by your holiday insurance.

If you opt for the “end-of-stay cleaning package” option, you can request this from us no later than 3 days before your departure from the campsite, subject to availability. Please note: dishes and cupboards must be clean when you leave. Sanitary facilities must be “correct”. You’ll also need to remove your household waste and selective sorting.

To swim in the pool, your son will have to wear swimming trunks, as in the vast majority of public pools. This is for reasons of hygiene. It’s also a good idea to take a proper shower and put your feet through the foot bath to remove as much perspiration and dirt as possible. This is for your own well-being and that of others.

b) Between 30 days and the date of arrival, the full rental price is due,
In all cases, the application fee will not be refunded.
